What is the process of placing Veneers?
Typically, there are two appointments required to achieve your perfect smile. The exact steps are as follows:
- The teeth will be cleaned and the correct shade will be determined.
- Impressions of the teeth will be made for the laboratory and temporary veneers will be placed on each tooth.
- Once the porcelain veneers are ready the temporary ones will be removed and the teeth again cleaned.
- The veneers will be applied for a perfect contour and fit.
- A special light will be applied to all surfaces to enable the veneers to adhere to the tooth structure.
- A follow up visit will ensure you are comfortable and have a long-lasting beautiful smile.
